How it Works

You’ll receive a personalized plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and capacity. We’ll meet one on one to explore practical changes and troubleshoot what’s getting in the way for you. Compassion, education, and real-world applications are built into every step so you understand why things work, not just what to do.

Support Between Sessions

Consistency grows through connection. Optional text or message support keeps you motivated and helps you navigate challenges as they come up. You’re never doing this alone! Steady accountability and compassion are part of our process.

What we Focus on

We will focus on movement, strength, and metabolism. We’ll work as a team to design a plan that meets you right where you are, whether your goal is improved mobility, sustainable fat loss, or simply feeling stronger in your body. Every workout and nutrition strategy honors your current energy, capacity, and lifestyle in a trauma-informed, inclusive and supportive environment.

How It Works

After the initial consultation, you’ll receive an individual training plan and ongoing coaching that adapts as your body and goals change. We will use evidence-based methods for building muscle, supporting your metabolism, and restoring/maintaining confidence. Each step helps you develop sustainable habits you will keep for life.

Support Between Sessions

We’ll celebrate progress, troubleshoot barriers, and adjust together. Check-ins and habit tracking tools will be utilized to help you stay consistent and supported between sessions so you always know what to focus on next.

Custom Coaching Package

For when the standard package just doesn’t fit!
What We Focus On

Sometimes the standard packages just don’t really fit you where you’re at. That’s where the custom package comes in.
This option is designed for people navigating complex challenges or transitions, whether it be burnout, ADHD or other neurodivergent challenges, chronic illness, life changes, or simply not knowing where to start. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and build a personalized roadmap that fits your current needs.

How it Works

We begin with a clarity session to uncover what’s actually standing between you and the balance you want. From there, we’ll combine elements from our offerings in the way that best serves you.

Optional Mental Health Support Add-On

For those who would like to add deeper emotional or behavioral support, this plan can include sessions with a mental health coach who is trauma-informed, inclusive, and holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.
