I’m Shane, a passionate health coach and certified personal trainer & nutrition specialist supporting clients in mind-body balance, gentle habit change, and whole-person wellness. My own search for health began with a personal quest to feel grounded and energized again; a journey which has taught me how deeply food, movement, rest, and self-compassion are connected.

Now, I guide others through their own individual process of discovery. It is not a one-size-fits-all plan, but a partnership that honors your uniqe story, biology, and pace.

I believe true wellbeing comes from understanding the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My approach blends evidence-based practices, nutrition, gentle habit changes, and trauma-informed, neurodivergent friendly coaching to uncover what genuinely supports you.

My practice is intentionally inclusive and affirming of all genders, sexual orientations, body types, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.

Together we will identify root causes, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable systems that fit your real life. Balance will come naturally to you rather than feeling forced.
